A unique Grade II Listed building with the original 1740 panelling remaining was fully restored and altered with small rear extensions and roof terrace. The building had been previously occupied by James Carr, Architect, who built the church on Clerkenwell Green, and who completed the interior using features recovered from grand houses demolished to make way for the church. The building has been recently listed in the Survey of London.
