Norland Square is a 5 storey Grade II Listed house in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea.
The works involved the complete refurbishment and reinstatement of historic features of the entire building. Certain elements were fully restored whilst others were given a contemporary favour.
The scheme also included the design of a subterranean swimming pool below the rear garden and a rear conservatory.
The project was the subject of detailed and extensive negotiations with K&C Conservation Officers and is now occupied.
