Riverside Apartment is housed in the Anchor Brewhouse- a Grade II listed building in Shad Thames. The works involved the demolition of an existing internal concrete structure and the complete internal refurbishment and rebuilding of the entire building. The project features an entrance over a glass and stainless steel footbridge that spans a flowing water feature and is split over a number of levels.
